The People Shine Project is a non-profit initiative that has been serving the SW Florida community since April 2008. We are dedicated to the continuation and expansion of this project to support our vision of holistic self care education, inspiration and realization! We give people the tools to help themselves and to make good self care a permanent part of their life.

For the size and scope of the work that we do through the People Shine Project, we really have relatively very small funding needs. This is due to the generosity of the volunteers in the People Shine Project, who donate their time and talents to provide programs, classes and workshops to the community. 

We have been steadily and carefully growing and are serving more and more people each week. However, we are pioneers in our community bringing new paradigms to the forefront, which requires a great deal of patience, faith and perseverance, as well as funding to further expand our reach. We need your support now, more than ever!

What we provide to our community isn't just a place, it is a living, breathing, growing organism of people and the environment, who are learning to gather and work together, supporting each other in tribal community to explore the depths of their own soul, bring forward their best self and experience higher levels of well-being and fulfillment.

We have realized our dream and fulfilled our intentions of providing a variety of expanded offerings to the community, more outreach, and gatherings, as well as a venue to empower and encourage those who need a space for classes, workshops and/or healing.  And we are now poised to truly help the community at large with a full roster of meditations, yoga, spiritual education, addiction recovery and healing classes and workshops through our People Shine Project, with over 15 facilitators bringing 50 classes per month to our community.

We have seen lots of transformational healing and empowerment and want to continue to grow and serve more! We have purposely kept the cost of most of these classes to a minimum. This makes for the ability to partake of such profoundly empowering experiences accessible to all, as well as to be able to participate in a wider variety of classes allowing for more holistic self care.

It is YOUR SUPPORT, which allows us to keep the People Shine Project going. We are in a position now, due to the quality and volume of spiritual and holistic services that we offer to become a fully recognized community resource by other Southwest Florida non-profit, governmental community service providers for the support we offer for many things such as Addiction recovery, Cancer and Aids Recovery, Spiritual Healing, Energy Medicine, Preventative Self care, Grief/Bereavement, Relationship, Financial Abundance and Community.

The People Shine Project allows  other healthcare professionals, as well as the general public to not only engage in and learn more about integrative medicine best practices in a safe and supportive environment, but actually provides the means under one roof for people to become exposed to and experience a variety of modalities and methods that are often available only through high-end wellness centers, posh recovery retreats and exclusive spas.  It is our purpose to make these types of leading-edge services ACCESSIBLE AND AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE. As people begin to see profound physical, mental, emotional and spiritual transformation, these practices are destined to become a permanent part of a healthy menu of good self care.

We truly need your support to continue.
